Lego 20007 Republic Star Destroyer was a Republic attack cruiser used during the Clone Wars, and later used by the Galactic Empire. Its primary function was ship-to-ship combat, although it also served as a starfighter carrier, military transport and battleship escort. The weapons of the Republic Star Destroyer included eight DBY-827 heavy dual turbolaser turrets, two medium dual turbolaser cannons, fifty-two point defense dual laser cannons or turbolasers, and 4 heavy proton torpedo tubes. They were equipped with powerful engines as well, Class 1 hyperdrive with a range of 60,000 light-years.

| The lego set was misleading because you were lead to beleive it was a bigger lego set and it turned out to be a mini-lego set. My son enjoyed putting it together but was disappointed when he opened the envelope to find it being a mini-lego set. Nothing in the listing said it was a mini-lego set. |
